(1) A 50% deposit is required to confirm any reservations
(2) The outstanding balance is required one day prior to date of charter. Alternative options are available on request
(3) Any cancellations after payments have been received will result in the forfeit of that payment
(4) Any no shows on the date of the booking will be charged at the full rate
(5) Any non-payments that are required to be handed over for collection will be charged an additional 30% administration fee
(6) A minimum of 7 days (seven days) notice is required for any decrease in guest numbers and any special dietary requirements (e.g: Halaal, vegetarian, etc)
(7) For luncheon charters, meals served at anchor at sea are weather dependent and the captain’s decision is final as to whether to drop anchor or return to the mooring to serve the luncheon. For our dinner cruises, we will always return to the mooring half an hour after the sun has set to serve the dinner onboard
(8) In the event of vessel being unable to cruise due to unsafe weather conditions, you have the option to postpone OR the function may still be held onboard as a floating venue. In this instance, a 20% credit will be credited on the charter rate
(9) Boarding and disembarking for cruises is 15 minutes before departure and maximum of 15 minutes after charter. Thereafter hourly rates will be charged
(10) Children under the age of 12 yrs are half price if accompanied by an adult. This is not applicable in peak season (December and January)

(13)A minimum of 6 guests is required to guarantee a departure on any non-private charters and any charter with a minimum of 30 guests is automatically guaranteed a private charter
(14)With regards to our onboard bar facility, it is possible to supply your own Wine & Sparkling Wine ONLY as long as the bottles are pre-chilled and in your own coolers with ice. In this instance, a flat rate of R250-00 per charter is charged for the use of our glassware and the service of our barman.
All Bar tabs are to be settled at the end of the charter unless PRIOR arrangements have been made. If it is required to invoice the following day, a Visa, Master card or Diners Card must be produced onboard as surety until the bar tab has been settled. Settlement of outstanding bar tabs is required within 48 hours after completion of charter.
